Education loans are available to those between the age group of 18 to 35 years.
Short-term courses are not covered under education loans.
No security is demanded granting education loans up to Rs. 4 lakhs. For loans more than 4 lakhs and less than 7.5 lakhs, a third-party guarantee is required. And for loans of more than 7.5 lakhs, tangible collateral security is required.
A co-signer is required which can be your sibling, parent, spouse, or other family members, for full-time courses.
