OBTAIN INVITATION LETTER
Get yourself enrolled in a course at Ukrainian University so as to ensure that any university accepts you. After admission, you will get an official invitation letter to come and study in Ukraine. It is a crucial document for the Visa application. After receiving the invitation letter, you satisfy the eligibility criteria for the visa application procedure.

APPLY FOR STUDENT VISA
India is a country where you need a Student Visa to fly to Ukraine for your higher education. You can contact the Ukrainian embassy in your own country to apply for a student visa. Embassies tend to accept and issue visas from mid of July to mid of November.
Required documents for Visa application:

Three latest passports sized photographs of dimensions 3 x 4 cm, Take a photograph in front of a white or off the background.

Original Passport with validity up to 2 years with at least 2 blank pages.

A printed copy of the Visa application form.

You have to submit your original report in English which shows that you are HIV negative with a validity of up to 1 month.

Mark sheets of higher secondary examinations such as class 10th, 12th.

Certificates of your bachelor’s degree if applicable.

The original birth certificate needs to be attached.

Your bank statements need to be appended to show that you can bear the expenses. It is suggested to have a minimum of $3000 in your account for a successful visa application.

Attach your latest medical certificate of general fitness which is authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country.

Receipt of payment of Visa fees should be fastened along with other documents.

You need to proffer an insurance policy having validity for up to one month while entering the dominion of Ukraine.

A statement of purpose needs to be revealed.

In case you are using scholarships to finance your studies, you have to attach a letter of sponsorship.
3. PROCESSING TIME OF STUDENT VISA
On average, the processing time of a student visa is 10-15 days. In case you have a deficiency of time, then you can go for expedited processing which of 5 days.
4. STUDENT VISA FEES
The visa fees vary between USD 85 – USD 120. Rest it depends on the country in which you are living.
