With modern technology, it is possible to bring some modifications to the current education system to make learning a pleasurable activity for students. Technology injects classrooms with digital learning tools and learning materials for 24 hours X 7 days which in return accelerates the learning process. Not only online classes, but even traditional classes also use technology in the form of smart boards to make learning interesting. There are various strategies teachers and schools can use to make education productive for students. Some of the strategies are listed below:

  1. Whiteboards or blackboards

While teaching maths or any other practical subject, you can use online whiteboards or blackboards so that students get a better understanding of the questions you are discussing. It also ensures that the student learned the concept in the correct way without committing errors.

  1. Presentations

Lectures are boring for everyone until and unless there is some spice in them. So, to add spice you can use presentations to showcase the topic in an illustrative way that may attract the attention of the student. The graphics and text should be presented in a bold and colorful manner. This will gain the interest of students and they will respond in classes.

  1. Multimedia

According to data provided by Statista, the most active digital activity is watching videos on the internet. This can be used in digital classes. Teachers can show videos and different kinds of multimedia to demonstrate the topics. This will pace up the learning process and the student will grasp the topic very easily. You can also tell students the videos you have shown them. In examinations, they can watch these videos to revise concepts. Multimedia creates a picture of something in your mind which is retained forever. In this way, you can enhance the overall educational experience of students.

  1. Social media

In this world, social presence is justified by actively using social networking sites. Both students and teachers are part of social media. They use it for fun and leisure then why cannot we use it for educational purposes? Various telegram channels are running with the main motive to provide knowledge about various things. Teachers can create whats app groups where she can send important questions and start a discussion over them.

  1. Learning with games

We all have spent our childhood playing games. There is a different kind of fascination for games. So, technology has brought learning games for students who can play and learn something from it. Nothing can be more engaging than games, isn’t it? Students can learn even by challenging others.

Other than these strategies, when you are providing learning material online, a way to ensure whether the student is using it or not is to have a Learning Management System (LMS) through which you will get to know whether the student has accessed the material or not if you have access, then how much time you have spent in reading or learning it. This kind of system helps you to track the progress of the learning process of students.
