Integration of technology into every aspect of our lives is not so common anymore as we are well aware of the advantages posed by them. An important field where its usage can be revolutionary in terms of ease of management, cost-effectiveness, and unlimited networking is the examination processes. 

Even now most exams are conducted in specific centers, with teacher supervision and though we have used these methods for so long there are still ways we can create an even more comfortable situation. It has now become evident that sometimes situations can arise wherein students cannot be in a required location at a specified time for an examination and this is a massive problem for institutes and students alike. It takes a lot of manpower to oversee examinations, to ensure fair methods and this can sometimes be ineffective or just exhaustive for staff. 

These small yet consequential problems can be overcome by integrating technological methods into our examination methods. By using a stable network connection students from all around the world will be able to take their examinations without having to worry about reaching the venue. By using new smart technology such as virtual reality etc. they may even be able to ensure each student conducts their test with fair practices. Even if students attend the exam on the venue they can take it on devices and cameras can prevent malpractice and by doing so reduce the number of people involved. 

Just by using new applications and devices, we can conduct exams anywhere, with limited physical and financial infrastructure and a minimum faculty requirement. This change cannot be expected immediately but slowly by incorporating a few advances at a time we can reach our goal for smooth examination management. This will help students focus on their education rather than worry about getting to their exam center on time and also help institutions conduct exams as scheduled and keep working uninterrupted.
