The following steps should be obeyed for the same. 

STEP 1: You have to fill the application form of the University in Georgia in which you are seeking admission. You have to submit the following documents to the university:

  1. Your passport with 2 latest photographs

  2. Class 10th mark sheet

  3. Class 12th mark sheet

  4. Degree mark sheet (if any)

  5. Experience certificate (if any)

You are required to pay USD 500 to get the offer letter from the prospective university/college. After going through your profile, the university will assess if you are meeting the eligibility criteria only then they will issue an Official letter of admission. Now, you are eligible to apply for a student visa in Georgia. 

STEP 2: Since you got your offer letter, Now Crown Immigration Georgia will do verification of your documents and they will submit your documents to the National Educational Quality Center for further approval. The National Educational Quality centre will take a minimum of 20-25 days for successful authentication of your documents. 

STEP 3: After getting approval from the National Educational Quality centre, the student is required to pay 50% of the tuition fees to the university for a particular course as specified in the offer letter. 

STEP 4: After successful payment of tuition fees, the students will receive a final acceptance letter from the university along with the enrollment certificate and invitation letter which they have to submit in the embassy. Some supporting documents which are also required to submit to the embassy are issued by the university. 

STEP 5: You are required to fill the online form on the embassy’s website and upload all your documents on the website. Take the printout of the online form that you have filled. You have to submit the following documents to the embassy:

  1. Recent photographs

  2. Final acceptance letter 

  3. Statement of purpose (you have to write how it is useful for you)

  4. Class 10th and 12th mark sheet

  5. Receipts of tuition fees

  6. Travel insurance

  7. You have to show the Bank statements for the past 3 months 

  8. Bank balance

  9. Accommodation proof 

  10. Offer letter 

  11. Experience letter (if any) 

  12. Travelling fare

  13. Original passport

STEP 6: You have submitted the documents to the embassy. Now, the procedure from your side is over. The embassy will take 10-15 working days to decide on your student visa application
