Studying In The US – Associate Degree Or Bachelor Degree?

The cost of an associate’s degree program is less than that of a bachelor’s degree. You can also be eligible for financial aid if you pass some tests and present proof of financial statements.Though it takes generally two years to get an Associate degree for regular students, the course can extend for a longer time for part-time students.

Bachelor’s degree

A bachelor’s degree is the most-sought undergraduate degree for international students, primarily because of the vast number of opportunities it can offer. There are 3 types of Bachelor’s degrees-

  1. Bachelor of Arts

  2. Bachelor of Fine Arts

  3. Bachelor of Science

There are also two types of universities- Public and private. Both universities provide bachelor’s degrees to their students. You can enroll in a BA program without declaring a major and also transfer to another college or university. You can specialize in more than one industry and prepare for real-world experience.

Which of the two degrees is better?

If you go for an associate’s degree, you get more time to explore what you think might be right for you.
