Further, I want to embellish on the interconnection of maths with other streams and subjects. 

1. Science and Technology 

Science and Maths have an intimate connection. After class 10th, if you are willing to pursue your career in the science stream, then you have to make your selection between the subjects you will be learning: either physics, chemistry, and biology for medical or physics chemistry and maths for non-medical. Students who do not have a good grip over the fundamentals of arithmetic and analytical aptitude might struggle while studying scientific charts and graphs. Some intricate topics like algebra, geometry, and calculus assist you to understand various chemistry equations and some critical topics in physics. For a good foundation in technology, you need to master algorithms. Everything in this sector is somewhere associated with any topic of mathematics. 

2. The Arts

Students who are passionate about art, music, dance, theatre have many benefits from mathematical concepts. Drawing and art depend on a famous topic of maths i.e. geometry. In music, its rhythm follows a complicated mathematical series, and also, maths help to catch the beats in ballet dancing. Not only in music or dance, in photography, photographers also need to determine the shutter speed, lighting angles, and exposure time. 

3. Social Studies

History involves the study of graphs and charts which provide information about the historical data. In geography, latitude, longitudes, and various dimensions of the earth are studied. Apart from this, maps and graphs and population structure are also studied. Your foundation in fundamentals of maths is required to study statistical aspects of social studies. 

4. Literature and Writing

If literature fascinates you then it’s essential for you to know that basic arithmetic helps you for a betting understanding of poetry. The number of words in a line, the effect of rhythms, and the meter of poetry are all the products of mathematical estimations. Logical and analytical thinking skills help you in the writing section. 

5. Commerce and Business

A perfect businessman has to calculate in advance whether his business will be incurring profits or losses with this pace of operations. Accounting is a practice that has nothing but logical and analytical mathematics. The Commerce industry is simply dependent on mathematics from calculating the value of shares of a company to estimating the GDP of the country. Master in mathematics is a basic necessity to enter this sector. The business mind is a very calculative and logical one. A person has to calculate various things before investing or purchasing something in the corporate sector. 

I can proudly conclude that every stream has a need to make mathematics a compulsory subject as mathematics has endless scope in every stream. And if every child in our country will have a logical mind, then obviously our youth will become more productive in the whole world.
